Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which students may cancel their enrollment and request a refund for courses offered by Diksha Learning Center Chamba. By enrolling in any course or program offered by the institute, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Course Enrollment
Students enrolling in any course at Diksha Learning Center Chamba are required to complete the registration process and pay the applicable course fee as communicated by the institute. Enrollment is considered confirmed only after successful payment and registration.
Cancellation by Student
If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must inform the institute through written communication or by contacting the institute directly. Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are submitted before the commencement of the batch or course.
Once a course has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund as the study materials, teaching resources, and faculty services are already allocated for the student.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under the following circumstances:
- If a course or batch is cancelled by Diksha Learning Center.
- If a payment is made accidentally more than once for the same enrollment.
- If the institute determines that the student cannot be accommodated in the selected batch.
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after the payment or cancellation event. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it may take several working days for the amount to be processed and reflected in the student’s bank account or payment method depending on the payment gateway or banking system.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the student decides to discontinue the course after attending classes.
- If study materials or digital resources have already been provided.
- If the student violates institute rules or disciplinary guidelines.
Changes to the Policy
Diksha Learning Center Chamba reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
